Travel Planning Fees
At Alisio Travel, our travel planning fees are structured based on the length and complexity of your trip. This one-time fee encompasses initial trip planning research, a comprehensive travel proposal with two revisions, personalized concierge services, a virtual itinerary for use during travel, and ongoing travel support both before and during your trip.
Hotel Only Bookings - no fee
Know exactly when and where you want to go? Booking directly through Alisio Travel can elevate your hotel experience with added amenities such as: Room upgrade, early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability), $100+ hotel credit to be used during stay, VIP status and more!
Long Weekend Trip -$150 fee
For domestic getaways of 3 nights or less, we charge a $150 planning fee. This fee covers area research, restaurant reservations, sightseeing
recommendations, and full concierge services.
Group Travel
For groups larger than six people, we charge $50 to $65 per person, depending on group size and travel requests, instead of a flat-rate planning fee.
African Safari Trips
At Alisio Travel, we offer comprehensive and customized trips to Africa for a one-time fee of $450. This service includes all lodging, travel between African countries, organizing custom safari tours, additional activities and sightseeing, reading materials with best travel practices, international and domestic flights if needed, and full trip support before, during, and after travel.
Custom Hotel Portfolio - $65 fee
This personalized service provides you with three carefully curated hotel options in your desired travel destination, tailored to fit your specified price range and travel style.

International Travel
For international travel, our fees are as follows:

Trips of 7 nights or less: $250 planning fee

Trips of 7+ nights, or those crossing borders (e.g., Spain and Portugal): $350 planning fee
Quick Turnaround
For any trip request received within six weeks of the desired travel date, an additional fee of $150 will be applied. This fee ensures that your trip is prioritized, allowing us to prepare everything in time for your departure.
