In addition to this, working with Alisio Travel provides trip support throughout the planning process and during travel. Concierge services such as spa bookings, restaurant reservations, and sightseeing recommendations can be provided to those utilizing Alisio's service.
Trip Planning Process

Discovery Call
First things first! Once you've filled out a trip inquiry form we will schedule a call to discuss essential trip elements such as desired destinations, preferred timelines, allocated budget, and, most importantly, your unique expectations for this special experience. If we both decide ALISIO TRAVEL feels like a good fit for you we will assess the trip and move forward with the planning fee to begin the trip writing process!

Trip Design
After your discovery call, we'll consolidate your requests and trip preferences and begin working with our partners to create your dream itinerary! This includes quoting custom experiences, curating hotel options, and any transportation needed.

Revisions and Feedback
Once we've put together a tailored itinerary for your trip, we'll present it to you for review and feedback. This is your opportunity to make any changes or adjustments before finalizing the details. You will receive two full itinerary revisions included in your planning fee. Any major or last-minute revisions after that may incur an additional fee depending on revision complexity.

Finalize Your Trip
After you have approved the itinerary, the travel advisor will handle all bookings and reservations for your trip. This includes flights, accommodations, tours, and any other activities or services you may need.

Travel!
Now it's finally time to take the trip! Throughout your trip, we will be available to provide support and assistance. Whether you encounter any issues or have last-minute changes, we will be there to help ensure your trip goes smoothly. Each trip comes with a professional and user-friendly travel app. Here you can view your trip details, contact info, address, and all necessary travel documents. We can arrange a hard copy to be delivered if you prefer this to the virtual experience.
